About me

Hi,

I'm Leah, I am a driven, ambitious empathetic leader who has worked in the corporate, retail and technical industries for 15 years.

I have excelled as a Senior Leader in Apple for the last 7 years at the same time as being a mum to two children and a wife. I am a strong resilient woman that breaks boundaries for myself and other women in leadership.

I have been coaching throughout my career and find it the most rewarding element of every role I have held. This has lead me to take a leap of faith and leave my corporate role and set up my own coaching business. I have significant experience working in male dominated industries and am comfortable and experienced in coaching all genders.

What brought me to this decision? I hit a cross road in my career where I felt I had reached the peak in my role and was lacking in development unable to see progression. I was still excelling in my role, exceeding in results and identified as top talent but I lacked personal fulfilment. I began looking outside of my senior leadership role for personal development and enlisted my own coach. I spent sometime re-examining who I was, what were my values and how this compared to my current life.

I'm at the second mountain stage of my career, after reaching the summit of my first mountain and finding the view and fulfilment I expected wasn't there. My second mountain is about wanting to combine my passion, experience and lead a life of significance serving you. I want to help you to find fulfilment in your job, discover your values and what's important to you and how to find more of it whilst achieving your goals.

LVS defines me as a person in terms of my initials and also what's important to me and what I can help others with - Leadership, Values, and Success.
