My story

For over 15 years, I lived and breathed retail leadership, guiding high-performing teams and navigating the constant demands of the industry.


On the outside, it looked like I was thriving. 


But on the inside, I felt numb, always chasing a win and then immediately looking for the next challenge, never taking a moment to reflect or feel fulfilled.


I was caught in the cycle of always needing to do more, constantly pushing myself to deliver without ever asking if the work truly aligned with my values.


I came to understand that leadership isn’t just about hitting targets; it’s about finding meaning in how those targets are achieved.

Now, as a leadership coach, I help senior retail execs find their way out of the same overwhelm I experienced because I know how much better it feels to lead with intention.
